Tile & Grout Cleaning
Salt Lake City's Most Thorough Tile & Grout Cleaning Process!- 1. PRE-INSPECTION
- Our service technician will inspect your tile & grout, and determine which cleaning solutions are most suitable for the job. He will also advise you of any possible permanent damage to tile or grout.
- 2. FURNITURE MOVING
- Tables, chairs, and other light furniture will be carefully moved. Refrigerators, stoves, and other large appliances will be left in place under our standard pricing structure.
- 3. DRY SOIL REMOVAL
- Tile and grout will be thoroughly swept or vacuumed to remove all dry soil particulates.
- 4. PRE-SPRAY
- Depending on the soiling conditions, the appropriate pre-spray will be applied to the tile and grout to loosen soil and dirt.
- 5. EXTRACT/RINSE
- Soil & dirt will be blasted from the surface using the SX-12 Hard Surface Tool. Pressurized water (800-1000 psi) is shot at the tile & grout, then vacuumed back up along with the soil and dirt.
- 6. SPEED DRY
- High velocity air movers are placed on the tile to rapidly dry the surface. Grout usually dries unevenly because it absorbs water at different rates in different spots on the floor. This will make it look as if some of the grout is still dirty. It usually evens out when completely dry, after 48 hrs or more.
- Service Areas: Salt Lake County and most of Davis County Utah including:Salt Lake City, Midvale, Taylorsville, West Valley City, Murray, West Jordan, South Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Draper, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, Bluffdale, Magna, North Salt Lake, Bountiful, and Centerville
After cleaning your tile & grout, we recommend our grout sealing treatment. Grout sealant acts as a barrier to prevent water and soil from entering the pores of the grout.
