8 Step Carpet Cleaning

1. PRE-INSPECTION: The service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
2. COMMERCIAL PRE-VACUUM: Dry soil is removed with a dual-motor, commercial duty vaccum.
3. PRE-SPRAY & PRE-SPOT: Traffic areas and spots are pretreated for more effective soil and spot removal.
4. PRE-GROOM: Literally the wash cycle of the cleaning process, the carpet is groomed with a special carpet rake to loosen traffic area soil.
5. EXTRACT & RINSE: The loosened soil is rinsed and extracted using a truck-mounted steam extractor.
6. NEUTRALIZE: A neutralizing solution is misted onto the carpet, eliminating soapy residues and leaving the carpet pH balanced.
7. PILE SETTING: The carpet pile is groomed and set in one direction to aid drying by straightening and separating the carpet fibers.
8.
