I started Lundstrom Carpet Care because I like to clean and I love having happy customers. Our goal is to provide an outstanding service experience. We achieve this by adhering to 4 company values:
EDUCATION We believe excellent carpet cleaning has more to do with the person cleaning your carpets than any other factor. Each lead technician is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the world’s most renowned certification body for professional cleaners. Your technician is also a franchisee, owning and operating his own equipment.
ACCOUNTABILITY In similar fashion to eBay®, your cleaning technician is held accountable to the work performed through a customer feedback and rating system. After using our services, you will be given the opportunity to rate the service on our online Client Feedback Zone. These feedback ratings are available to be viewed by all visitors to the website.
SUPERIOR CLEANING SYSTEMS Lundstrom Carpet Care is the only certified service provider under the Carpet & Rug Institute's
(CRI) Seal of Approval program in the state of Utah*. This prestigious recognition is reserved for cleaning firms using cleaning systems that pass the industry's highest standards of excellence. The systems we use will get maximum soil removal, and maximum spot removal without overwetting your carpet, and without leaving a sticky residue behind.
