I started Lundstrom Carpet Care because I like to clean and I love having happy customers. Our goal is to provide an outstanding service experience to the residents of Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. We achieve this through our dedication to 4 company values:
EDUCATION We believe excellent carpet cleaning has more to do with the person cleaning your carpets than any other factor. Prior to serving our Salt Lake City clients, each technician is educated in the standards and practices as outlined by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the world’s most renowned certification body for professional cleaners.
ACCOUNTABILITY In similar fashion to eBay®, your carpet cleaning technician is held accountable to the work performed through a customer feedback and rating system. After using our services, our clients in the Salt Lake City area will be given the opportunity to rate the service on our online Client Feedback Zone. These feedback ratings are available to be viewed by all visitors to the website.
